Return Eligibility

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed after the returned product has been inspected.
• Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
• Shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-built or special-order trailers
• Personalized products or accessories
• Used, damaged, or modified trailers
• Products returned after the approved return period

Damaged or Defective Products

If your trailer arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We'll inspect the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
