Payment Policy

Definitions

  • Seller: Refers to Mont Coffee C Chino (coffeecchino.com)—the website owner and the entity to whom the order for the purchase has been given.
  • Buyer: Refers to the person or organization placing the order.
  • Goods or Services: Refers to the coffee beans or any other product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order with the seller.

Payment Terms

All payments are due upon completion of your order. If a payment is not received or your chosen payment method is declined, the order will not be placed, and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment.

If, due to a technical bug or system error, a payment is deducted but your order is not successfully placed, our team will investigate the issue immediately and refund the payment to your original method as soon as possible.

To make your checkout experience as smooth and secure as possible, all transactions are securely handled through Shopify Payments. We currently accept the following forms of payment:

Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by law. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. All payments shall be processed in U.S. dollars.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases, alongside any applicable shipping fees. By placing an order, you authorize Mont Coffee C Chino to charge your chosen payment provider for these amounts. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

Order Refusals & Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through our store. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include:

  • Orders placed by or under the same customer account.
  • Orders utilizing the same payment method.
  • Orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
