Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please review the details below.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within forty (40) days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, labels, and seals fully intact.

Return Process

  • To start a return, please email us at contact@coffeecchino.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Once you have your RMA number, please pack the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail it to our address at Chino Hills, also mentioned in the package.
  • Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least four (4) business days from the time we receive your package for us to complete this process. We will notify you via email as soon as your return or exchange is finalized.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

For quality and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been used or show a reduced net weight.
  • Items that have been unpacked, unsealed, or opened.
